Recreation & Health

We are not just any other hotels - we are a Resort. Our idea of holidaying is total relaxation - without an interruption in your quest for better health and eternal youth. Here you can choose your means from a spectacular range that we offer to you.

Yoga - the traditional Indian fitness regimen.
Aerobics - the western concept of total fitness.
Squash at 7000 ft!
Roller-skating in the indoor all weather rink.
Billiard and Poolroom overlooking a brook!

And for the more orthodox - "Bodyline" our state-of-art gymnasium, along with Jaccuzi, Sauna and team bath.

What more, we even have a reflexologist on short call. REFLEXOLOGY is an ancient healing art which uses a gentle but firm finger pressure and massage technique on reflex areas of the feet which correspond to all glands, organs and major parts of the body, stimulating the body's own healing powers. It helps to ease acute and chronic conditions and disorders of the digestive, respiratory, lymphatic, reproductive, and nervous system.

Imagine a workout of your own choice, a few minutes in sauna/steam bath at Jacuzzi, a session with the reflexologist, a deck chair waiting for you on the terrace - with all the time to soak in the beauty of nature.

That is our idea of a healthy vacation
