There are 131 rooms spread over 7 floors. Each floor has 20 rooms out of which 12 rooms are overlooking the River Tapti, swimming pool and the lush green lawns offering a panoramic view from the room. All rooms are centrally air-conditioned, with wall to wall carpeting, fully equipped with multi channel color TV's with remote, refrigerators, dressing table, direct dial telephone, writing table, bathroom telephone, attached baths with bath tubs, 24 hours hot and cold running water. Star network beamed on TV's as well as music channel on TV. The different types of rooms available are Queen, King, Twin and Suites. Also available are Non-smoking rooms. Separate suite floor opened consisting of: deluxe rooms, executive suites, and a presidential suite.

Dining

Forum: located on the 1st floor can accommodate 30 to 40 persons.

The Select Club: located on the 1st floor can accommodate 15 to 20 persons.

The Boardroom: located on the 1st floor can accommodate 8 to 10 persons.

In addition we have a stretch of lawn on the banks of the River Tapti that can accommodate up to 3,000 persons. All the halls are centrally air-conditioned, wall-to-wall carpeted.
